listed as a half gallon.....actually22 ounces- as shown on the package. Being dry, the 22 oz must be a measure of weight - 1 pound, 6 oz. Who translated this into a liquid measure?'

i use this charcoal in my aquarium filters--this is the most economical way to buy aquarium charcoal. works great--just be sure to rinse it before adding to the aquarium.
