I had set up a 55 gal tank and the water remained cloudy for almost two weeks. I was told just be patient as the water needs to stabilize. I waited. And waited. Finally I thought the water should have cleared so I began using products claiming to clear cloudy water. No luck. Until I used Acurel F. I was blown away. Within an hour the tank was crystal clear. Truly amazing stuff. Use this product. It really works!!! I've been using this, and only this, for almost 8 yrs. now. For that just polished look you won't find anything better.

My 39 gallon tank with a penguin Bio wheel and a Fluval 260 suddenly developed a horrible white cloud after a treatment for ick. Ick being a fish illness that causes you to add some terrible things to your tank. Not to mention it had not cycled yet and here I am removing the carbon filter for the icky meds to work. Ammonia shot up and I added a Nitro-Sorb pad to clear that out. So ick is gone, ammonia is gone and wham here comes the Bio Bloom from hell. This is not just the white cloudy water everyone here is talking about, I mean my tank turned to MILK! Game over and fat chance of saving this. I read the reviews for this product as I sat next to about $40 dollars of other water clarifiers that I bought, all the top brands and I laughed at it, SNAKE OIL! All the five stars, this is rigged. I had to go to the pet store and I saw some, one pack bottle left and I got it, brought it home. Not really sure I had fish alive in the tank, visibility about 1 inch in and since I was going to dump it tomorrow and it was only about five bucks for the product to play with, I added 60 drops, minimal amount. Two hours later, nothing. So I added another 60 drops. Two hours later, nothing. So why not, I put 160 drops in which is the Max amount for treatment at 4 drops a gallon and I threw the rest away, gimick right? I took my wife out to eat with the kids, come home and walked by the tank, didn't notice at first and then I saw it. HOLY COW! This is not possible and all the fish counted and sailing. It's so clear I ran and got window cleaner and cleaned it up. The fish look happy and full of color, one looks pregnant, strange things going on in that milk. This product works, so clear and I mean as clear as it gets. All these chemicals I got to clean the Bio-Bloom didn't do nothing and the top stuff to and this little bottle of God knows what cleaned up that tank, saved those fish and kept me from therapy caused by new tank syndrome which is what happed with this Bio-Bloom. So in short, 40 years of life trying snake oil of some kind or another and this time it worked. My advice, before you pay all that money for all those top brands that do nothing, get a bottle of Acurel and save your tank from all that stuff that will turn your tank to milk. Now someone wrote that it made it worse in his tank and yeah it did on my first treatment, then nothing then success. I wish I had done a before and after picture of this tank. I'm sitting here now and my fish are swimming crazy playing as to salute me for doing that one last bit of try and getting this product.

I started a 75 gallon tank two weeks ago and din't realize until after I had filled it that the filter's impeller was broken. It took a week to get the replacement part and by then my water was a bit cloudy and had a greenish tint. After a week of running the filter, there was no change. I hesitantly bought this product because of a couple of negative reviews but it was inexpensive enough and there were numerous positives. Well within 24 hours, my water was crystal clear. GREAT PRODUCT that does everything it promises!

Have a 20g freshwater community tank that one day went cloudy. No amount of water changes seemed to rectify the problem, at least in the long term. Tried multiple water treatments made by other manufacturers to no avail. Additionally, used various filter media outside of sponge and carbon but saw no impact on the cloudiness of the water. After yet another search for a water clarifier,I stumbled upon this product. A quick run through of its reviews and noting its very affordable price, I bought the product knowing I had nothing to lose. A few hours following the initial dose, the tank was noticeably clearer. One more dose and 24 hours later, the water was crystal clear. So far, none of the tank inhabitants have shown effects from the clarifier, congruent with the manufacturer's claims of it being organic. Overall, I would recommend this as the first choice to clear up your cloudy tank.
