I was very intrigued by the promise of no water changes for a year and lowering ammonia/nitrates. After completing the 5th treatment, there has been absolutely no improvement in clarity. The beneficial bacteria that is described seems only to be the proper marine traces needed to establish a biological filter when cycling a tank. My water was a bit cloudy but not to the point where I could not see my fish, so in my case the AquaBella system should have made my water crystal clear. I am extremely dissapointed in this product. I cannot speak for the freshwater system but for a saltwater tank it does not work at all. Giving this product a full star is too generous.

WOW This Work JUST AS DESCRIBED I HAD MY 10G SALTWATER FOR OVER 8 MONTH ALREADY NO WATER CHANGE YET.WATER IS SUPER CLEAN FISHES ARE HAPPY. THIS PRODUCT WORKS.

Works just as described. I have had my first saltwater aquarium for just over a year now and never changed the water. The water has stayed clear and my fish have been healthy. I ordered a refill of the enzyme from Amazon and I am looking forward to another year of no water changes.

This really is amazing. I have treated my water with all of the appropriate treatments, but still suffered from cloudy water in both my aquariums. I just used the 3rd treatment out of the 4 day pack. Last night, my 10 gallon aquarium was already crystal clear. My 20 gallon aquarium is almost clear, but it started out cloudier than the smaller one. By the second day, I was seeing dramatic improvement in the clarity of the water. Both aquariums smelled a bit, and the smell is completely gone, also. I can't wait to see what the water looks like after the 4th day (tomorrow). The water in both tanks is already drastically improved. I could barely see my fish before in my smaller tank, and now I can already see them from the other room. This stuff definitely is all it's cracked up to be! I will definitely continue using it, each year. Awesome product! I spent a ton of money on the cheap bottles of water clarifier, and compared to this, they were definitely a big waste of money!!
