 MIracle cure for Bettas!Aug 13, 2011

Recently my betta fish became very ill. He would not swim, he would not eat, and he had a strange fleshy pink growth on his ventral side. I frantically called all the pet stores in the area asking their advice. Unfortunately everyone had a different answer (fungus, parasite, bacteria, tumor, etc), and a different cure. Finally, someone suggested Betta Revive. I immediately did an internet search to learn more.
Almost all of the 17 reviews on a pet store website said this product was a miracle cure for nearly every betta ailment. As a scientist, I was naturally skeptical, but desperate to try anything at this point.
Within hours of adding just 2 drops of Betta Revive to my betta's water (with a water change of course) he was swimming again. By the next day, he was eating again. And the fleshy pink growth also disappeared. It has only been 2 days but it seems like my betta buddy is back to his old self.
I would definitely recommend this product for any betta owner, and I recommend having it on hand in case of an emergency. I had to wait until my day off and drive 40 minutes to get it. I think I will keep this stuff handy for the life of my fish!

I love this stuff! Just one drop in a 1 gallon tank and it makes the bettas very happy as well as keeping illness away from them. Just wish it came in a bigger container.

I purchased this preventatively after reading the great reviews. My little blue beta, who's been living happily in his little tank for 6 months now, seemed to have a little growth on one of his gills, so I decided to treat him with this garbage, based on the "just add a drop to make your beta extra happy" recommendation. I used the recommended dosage- this stuff must be ultra strong, or contain a concentrated colorant, because it turned his water Windex-blue! The first day of treatment, he wasn't happy, but I figured he just doesn't like the "taste". By the middle of the second day, my poor guy fell to the bottom, sideways, and wouldn't move! I changed his water immediately and now, two days later, he seems recovered- fingers crossed! But WARNING - this stuff is poisonous!

when i got really sick once, i couldn't change my Betta water for a month or so[even though he had filters and all!]. from there he got really sick with bacteria i suppose. and he became pale and stopped moving or eating and laying flat on the surface of the water. i thought he would die and felt really guilty. i immediately took him to where i bought him from and asked for help. they said he was in a pretty bad shape and told me to get BETTA REVIVE. I bought it and followed every single instructions written in the back every single day for about a week. and I'm so thankful that i've used it, it worked miraculously! now he is in a good shape, he eats fine and having a healthy condition. Thank you Betta Revive for saving my Betta's life.

My Betta, Alpha, was doing great for the past year, and recently he started acting a bit different. I noticed his mouth start to turn white, and I got concerned. I overnighted the product, and give my betta a smaller nursery tank to try to fix him. When using this, it REALLY dyes the water blue, and it actually stained some of my fake plants and rocks. Unfortunately, my Betta did not improve, and was shown the swirly white bowl a few days later : I hesitate to give the product a poor rating, as everyones results will differ, but I am obviously sad that my results were not what I was hoping for. If you do buy this, make sure that your tank has nothing in it you don't mind being blue forever.
