This collar is the bomb! I was pleasantly suprise when I open the package it was incredible. I could not believe that this collar was only $12.99. This collar can easily be worth more money. I would have given it a higher rating if they had one. My little girl looks great with her collar. And remember it's Harley Davidson. It has the plate stamp and you get a leather key chain with it. It's a WINNER!!!!!! all over.
