This starter kit was a great value. My cats & dog love the fountain. It's easy to clean and holds plenty of water. The removable screen is the best feature - it catches hair & food before it has a chance to clog up the pump.

Product is extrememly quite. Very easy to change the water. Easy assembly. Product was here within the shipping time. No problems. The only negative thing was the recommended service is once a week. But this in reality is no problem. Knowing that our cat has runniung water to drink, instead of water that is just setting there. Nice filters.
