Great product!Feb 27, 2010 Easy to open, airtight seal. Just have the one, not sure how stacking them would work if the top one held any weight.
Great product unless you have a creative dogJan 05, 2010 This is a well built container that keeps food fresh. The container worked great for a month or two which is how long it took my 70 lb lab/coonhound mix to find a way to unscrew the lid of the container. He opened it by gripping the "X" in the middle of the lid with his teeth and rotating the lid. This container will work for most dogs but I would stay away from the container if your dog is smart, food driven and will have access to the container alone for any amount of time.
Great product- recommended for barns and horse loversAug 03, 2009 The product is a space saver. We bought 4 of them and put oats and sweet feed in them. The sweet feed is a little difficult to put in because of the texture but if you put a little in at a time then move it back it is well worth the trouble.

Bottom Vault Caved In (Stack of 3)Apr 15, 2009 I own 3 60lb Vittle Vaults which I stacked about 6 months ago.
1) The bottom vault holds dog food-largest bag possible and it fits!
2) The middle vault holds cat food. I put 2 medium sized bags of cat food in the center vault. It does not fill it up by any means as the insides of these things are huge. I only purchased the 60lb vault so it would stack on the bottom vault.
3) The top vault holds excess plastic bags, paper bags ect which I reuse around the house or take to the library to recycle. The bags are not heavy.
The bottom vault caved a little on the left side causing the 2 on the top to lean then eventually tumble off. At first, I kept trying to straighten the top 2 and they would gradually tilt again.
When the top 2 finally fell, I noticed the bottom vault left side was indented. I pushed the dent out and restacked the 3 vaults. However, once weakened, it doesn't take much to start it caving in again so they fall off. I reshuffled the vaults putting the dog food in the plastic bag vault and visa versa and then put the dog food vault back on the bottom. No problems in 2 months so far.
Also, the plastic inside ring along the inside of one of the lids falls out easily which is annoying but not a big deal to put back on.
They do keep out insects and keep things tidy in a small footprint.
