Collar larger than portrayed/returns difficultJul 21, 2010

This collar is made for a larger dog. There is no way it could be used as a 10" collar and it is way too heavy for most 14-16 inch dog/neck size let alone anything smaller. In addition, the vendor requires prior approval on returns but includes no phone number to call for approvals.
