While this is a 500w heater it still allows my temp to move 2 degrees, which is not what they advertised. It works good and looks better. The temp prob line could be a little long for ease of access to sumps.

I was so excited about this product. After only 2 months of operation the heating tube stopped working. I plugged a Finnex tube in and it heats up so at least the controller isn't dead. Stick with a simple Jager glass heater. Never had one of those fail. DO NOT trust this to be your only heater. At the price you expect a LOT better quality. Good thing I have multiple heaters and an expensive controller to warn me about temperature or all my thousands of dollars in live$tock would be dead too. Oh and I didn't mail in JBJ's stupid little warranty card so I don't have a warranty. Nice.
