good service, product doesn't work for me thoughOct 06, 2011

This just doesn't work on my shorthair cat's fur. It doesn't collect the hair he's shed at all. Maybe I misunderstood what a "slicker" is, but if you are looking to brush the coat and remove unattached hairs from the fur before they end up on your furniture, this is not the solution.
