This small train is open on both ends so your little critters can run through or choose to nest. Purchased this for my robo hampsters (very small hampsters the size of a baby mouse). My pets took to it immediately. Reasonable price, great product. I am so glad I bought this.

I read the review about the Fish and wanted to add if you are thinking of getting this for your aquarium it is not meant for fish. My hamsters on the other hand Love it! So do my friends Gerbils we both bought these. If you got to the stores you have more color options. They climb through it all the time and I have found my one Dwarf hamster sleeping in it.

My train is orange and it looks great with all of my other mouse toys. My only complaint is that it's bigger than I thought it was going to be so it takes up more space than I thought it would.

I ordered this off amazon just so I could qualify for free shipping on that order. I was planning to use it to give my Black Ghost Knife Fish a place to hide in my aquarium, though any hamster tube or acrylic tube would have worked. However, it doesn't sink, yet it doesn't exactly float, either. It won't stay flat on the bottom of the tank, but it won't go passed mid-level. The buoyancy of this product is highly frustrating. Plus, when it starts to float, it doesn't even stay right side up, so I you can't even tell it's a train. Also, the picture shows that it is a green train. Yet, when mine arrived, it was bright orange. I was expecting it to be green because it would have matched the rest of what was in my tank. When I ordered it, it didn't give me the option to pick what color I wanted, nor did it state anywhere that they were going to send me any color except green. Overall...frustrating.
