The braid onlyOct 28, 2009

The braid is the only thing left of this toy. The face, arms, legs, and nub were gone in seconds. Get for dogs who don't know what stuffing is, how to chew apart toys, or have good chewing abilities.

MonkeyDec 20, 2009
By Casey Johnson This was the first toy I bought for out little beagle puppy when he was 9 weeks old. He still has this toy and loves it and he is 8 months old. The monkey no longer has arms, legs or a tail but the head and braid are still intact and Buzz still plays with it! I love this toy!

Durable and FunNov 24, 2009

"Napa Mom"
My dogs LOVE the Kong Braidz. They have several and I am surprised at how long they last. One poor Zebra is missing an arm and a leg but is still braided together and full on fun. They play "make Mom crazy with the squeaker" and tug-o-war, but sometimes it's just a chew toy. It's so hard to find a long lasting plush toy...Thank you KONG!

I knew what I was getting myself intoMar 06, 2010
By mockingfly I read all the reviews when I bought this product so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into, but none-the-less I was hopeful because the product does say its for larger dogs. Well my 40lbs puppy had the head off in less than 15 minutes. Shortly after that she had a couple of the arms and legs off. But I was fully prepared for that, because I was hoping that that braid part would hold for some time....but it didn't. No siree not for her the braid started to go the very next day. So word to the wise if you have a dog that has to rip all their toys apart then I'm pretty sure there only exists a couple toys out there that will hold up to the test of time (so far for me the KONG black rubber ones are the only ones). I recommend if you have such a dog to stick with cheaper toys because their lifespan is just as short, but since you'll be buying a steady stream of them the price tag is soooo much nicer.
If you have a dog which is not so harsh on their toys then this would be a prefect toy for them.
Oh and one more thing the product doesn't really squeak which was just fine by me.

00:08 second toyJan 15, 2011
By Mike G. Miano My Golden puppy tore this thing apart in less than 10 seconds! Literally.
The legs and arms are essentially just tucked through the body, one tug later, we had a leg-less tiger, 2 tugs, no more arms. We now have a tiger-striped stick.
