Great low cost carbon. Claims to be pre-washed but as always you need to rinse it, particularly after shipping. Other than that it's a great price and is working great in my 55 gallon.

The activated carbon pellets arrived just fine and in a timely manner. They are actually broken up sticks and not the small pellets or granuals I expected, however they will work just fine if not better for my pond application. This is a good thing because I odered back-up bags.
