I bought this 64 oz bowl on Amazon and then forgot I had purchased it so I picked up a similar 64 oz, stainless steel pet bowl at a reputable local pet supplies store and... honestly, there is there really is no comparison between the bowls! The one I bought at the local pet supply store is completely sub-par when compared to this bowl. Loving Pet's Silver Bullet dog bowl is sturdier and the non-skid track is wider, stays put... and even has little doggie designs on it. All I can say is "made in India" really seems to have a positive effect on the overall quality of this dog bowl. I would never had even imagined there could be quality differences between something so simple but - at the end of the day... Loving Pets sold me a better bowl.

I ordered two of these 32-ounce bowls for our puppies. I did a little test with water and found out it doesn't hold 32 ounces, it only holds 24 ounces (3 cups) at most, so I ended up returning the bowls. So if you're wanting a bowl that holds 32 ounces, you should probably order the 64-ounce size bowl. Other than it not holding the capacity advertised, these seem like they would be great sturdy bowls!

Like the other reviews for this product, I also find this bowl will not hold 64 ounces of water - not even close. However, my primary complaint is that the company put an incredibly gummy-sticky label on the inside of the bowl, that did not peel off cleanly when I removed the sticker. It left 1/2 of the sticker behind, and it will NOT come off.
After 20 minutes of cleaning the bowl with Barkeepers Friend, the bowl is now reasonably clean - I can still see the outline of the sticker though, and I've slightly dented the bottom of the bowl from scrubbing it so much. In my opinion, the metal used for this bowl is very thin and not acceptable. I won't be back, and I strongly encourage anyone else reading this review to steer clear of this product as well.

I purchased the 64 oz. bowl because I have a quickly growing mastiff puppy who has taken a liking to flipping all her bowls over, and needed something that was stable and could hold plenty of water. I received this bowl yesterday and was instantly distraught. While the overall bowl itself is large, the portion that holds the water is pathetically small and shallow. Out of curiosity I got a measuring cup and began filling it with water 8 ounces at a time. After 3 cups (24 ounces) the bowl was essentially full. Amazon, I have been a loyal customer for years, but this is a case of blatantly false advertising and I would expect better from you.

This dish has not moved from it's spot since we bought it. Our two dogs cannot move it at all! It holds plenty of water or chow, and it's easy to wash.
