Great leash...the clip is nice--such a great feature (I actually made my mom jealous and want one for her dog when I showed my dog's new leash to her). I do wish the clip were slightly bigger, though, because it doesn't fit rings that are thicker (like on my dog's car harness). Not a super big deal...I just make sure she wears her collar then when she wears that harness. The handle is also really small, but if you have small hands (like me) it is perfect and feels secure--almost like it is holding onto you and not vice versa. I love this leash! It is such a pretty color, too.

We read all the reviews before purchasing, and decided to see what this clip is all about. We love it! Puppies wriggle and wriggle and it's often hard to get leashes on and off the collar. Not with this clip! The leash itself is durable, and we've had no problems with the retractable mechanism.

We had one of these before, and had to get a replacement (she chewed thru the leash .. my fault). Our Pom-Chi-Poo is 8+ lbs and doesn't need a big leash. I really like the retractable kind, as it keeps the leash slightly taught and it won't get tangled in her legs or drag on the ground. Also the clip for the collar is very innovative, you press in a small plastic button on the side of the clip and it slides down a small round metal clip. The clip might be a bit small for big rings, but it's not an issue for us. The hand grip might be a bit small for some hands, I just hold it with 3 fingers & have my pinkey out of the grip.
Other reviews said the retraction had failed, but I am wondering if they didn't unlock it? Our 1st one lasted for 10 months with out a problem, until Lu-Lu chewed the leash.

It's cute! But unless you have a dog that never pulls? FORGET ABOUT IT! Both my dogs are under ten pounds and within 4-6 months they both yank at these enough to ruin the retraction action.

It worked great the first 3 times it was used on my 10lb dog,and then it stopped retracting. Needless to say, I will be returning it.
