3Nice & big, but not durableApr 03, 2011

The bowl has a great size and appearance, however, the rubber covering lasted about a month before it broke down. Therefore, the bottom rusts easily without the rubber ring.

1looks nice, but won't last longJan 06, 2012

I purchased this bowl, because it looked attractive and because it promised to be rust proof. Unfortunately the manufacturer claim was a lie as rust soon consumed the bottom of this bowl. The rubber rim is quite flimsy, but didn't fall apart on my bowl as it did for other reviewers. Don't waste your time with this dog bowl.

We had this bowl for about a month before I noticed the ring of rust around the bottom. The bottom edge of the bowl itself is not plated with anything and is covered by rubber to make is non-slips--the bowl has completely rusted through beneath the rubber. Looked pretty but was a waste of money.
