Great for Knots or Heavy MattingJun 27, 2007

I use this on my Persians if they develop a heavy mat.
It is easy to use and gets easier the more you use it.
My Persians (with a few exceptions) don't mind it at least they don't complain. They are very used to it and when used correctly doesn't hurt them.
Recommended for heavy coated dogs and cats with a double coat.

The best de-matting brush for dogsMay 06, 2007
By J. Park For dogs with long coats who are prone to getting mats, this is the best tool. The blades cut the hair with out pulling.

MARS COAT KINGMay 12, 2007
By Brian Brumby That it is really easy to use and the dogs seem to like it. It is much better than shaving mv Cocker's back. It is easier than stripping the Scottie.

Excellent productAug 10, 2007
By Mothergrace I used a friend's Coat King on a rescue dog and was impressed that it works so well to remove matted hair and tangles. I finally bought one for myself and am kicking myself for taking so long to do it! It takes out the hair that would become matts and is gentle to the dog. This doesn't just fix a messy coat, it prevents it too.
