Cats fighting over this toy...Sep 19, 2010

This comes wrapped in a plastic bag so the catnip is stronger than any I have found in the boutique-style pet stores. My three boys are fighting over this toy. It is fabulous for cats that like to grab toys and kick with their back feet. For my lazy Persian, he is happy just snuggling up next to it. One of my cats has play aggression and this toy is very useful in distracting him and having him nip on a toy instead of my fingers. Ordering more.

I have had the Catnip Tackle Bag for a few months now. My kitties like to play with it. With heavy aggressive use, it will need to be replaced after a few months. I think as with most cats, the tie strings just add to the joy of this toy but also becomes a focus of abuse. My kitties chewed the whole top off the bag.
Works great for all sorts of play time; alone, together, my kitties enjoy chasing and tackling, taunting, and cuddle play with it.
Also, to keep your kitties interested in it, I suggested adding new catnip every 2-4 weeks. Become like a new toy all over again when you do.
