Great Resource!Apr 13, 2009
By K. Kubicek I checked this book out at the library, and it has been a great resource for learning to raising a puppy. I did a lot of online research about breeds, training, and raising dogs, and much of what I found was biased (i.e. it's cruel to crate-train a dog) or not credible. Since this is a "Dummies" book, you know you're getting quality information in an easy-to-read and easy-to-use format. The author's teachings are practical and she has a lot of experience to back it up. I'd highly recommend this book for anyone interested in raising a puppy!
