"Beardie Lover"
I received this item very quickly, which is good, but the condition in which it was brought upsets me deeply.
The tank itself is cracked, causing me to slice open my thumb from the loose pieces of glass.
The picture includes a hood with fluorescent bulb, day bulb and night bulb. This is what i really wanted and was looking for, but not what I received.
I got three domes, one of which is loose, and when trying to take out the bulb the whole fixture unscrews. When tightened, the dome continues to spin.
And most aggravating of all, the temperature/humidity gauge is missing. I searched vehemently through all boxes and they were devoid of this key component.
Needless to say I am very displeased. I'm looking into returning it as I type.
