best all around food for freshwater fish and inverbratesJan 27, 2012
By Neutralist The wardley shrimp pellets is one of those essential foods for any freshwater livestock. Complements Hakari algae wafer to provide well rounded diet for healthy freshwater pets. I feed these to dwarf shrimps, mollies, and swordtails.
One drawback is that the pellets disintegrate too fast for any meaningful feeding of plecos and cories during the day, so drop them right before turning the lights out to give them any chance of feeding off the pellets.
Also, avoid putting in strong currents since they will make a mess of your tank as they disintegrate. Sames goes with large gravel since the disintegrated smaller pieces will just sink through the gaps of the gravel, increasing the risk of ammonia spike when overfed.
Once you get the hang of the behavior of the food, this will become one of the top choices for your happy pets.
Strongly recommended.
Number one Pellet for my CorydorasMay 04, 2011
By LeAnn Wardley makes some of the best shrimp pellets in my opinion. At this price, I really could not ask for more. Visitors are always commenting on the richness of my cory colors and how healthy they look. I know it is from a well balanced diet that would not be complete without these Wardley Shrimp Pellets.
bottom feeders love theseFeb 19, 2011
By C. Stone Chinese Algae Eaters, small aquatic frog, and a catfish love these. The Gourami doesn't seem to go for it. All freshwater fish of course.
