Well built, nice looking, and Hammie LOVES it!Sep 22, 2009

I purchased the small bath for my daughter's hamster (aptly named "Hammie") and got the yellow one. It is very cute, and heavier than I thought it would be. It feels like a quality product. We have a dwarf hamster, and it is the perfect size. We filled it with the chincilla powder, and he went right to bathing in it! We have to take it out after a few minutes, or he tries to make a nest in there. We also learned not to add more than a few tablespoons of the powder, or else he gets it everywhere. All in all, this is a quality product, very functional and pretty to boot!

Ceramic bath house smallJun 20, 2008

This little bath house for sand is great for gerbils! I love it because it's easy to clean since it's ceramic and the gerbils can't chew it up like the plastic houses. You can put chinchilla dust in there and the gerbils love it - they roll around in it and clean themselves up, but you have to change the sand out about twice a week or so, because they start using it for a potty. If you want a chew-proof dust bath or potty, this is the perfect item and super cute - they come in different colors. I have a blue one.

Not Big EnoughSep 13, 2007
By Raul&Christine This product would be great for a dwarf hamster, but is too small for a regular sized hamster. There is only large, and small. No medium for hammies. It was sent to me on time, and the fault is probably my own; I would buy from this seller in the future!

Cute, but a waste of moneyFeb 23, 2010
By KO Yes, it is excessively cute. But unless you have a dwarf hamster, this is totally impractical. My gerbils could fit in it fine, but there is definitely not enough room for them to 'bathe' correctly. Honestly, save your money and just get a cereal bowl, fill it up with chinchilla sand, and let them have at it. They love the sand, but this bath house is much too small for a gerbil or a full size hamster to flip and roll around in it, like they do if you just put it in a bowl :]

good but is sort of sloppy.Aug 26, 2009
By Rully P. Wijaya i was one of the lucky ones that got the color that i wanted. my dwarf hamster seems to love it. one thing that i noticed though is that there is a sharp ceramic pointing out on the inside walls. so i had to smooth it out with sand paper. i dont think my hamsters were injured.
