 Perfect for my guinpigs!Sep 13, 2009

I got this planning on only putting one guinea pig in it, but i ending up adding another guinea pig and they fit fine in there.(Currently about 5 months old). I just let them out for a few hours, to get most of there energy out, and give them some play time. Its very easy to clean, just pop the cage off, rinse and your done. The only problem I had was that the food bowl they give you, my pigs always tipped it over and wasted tons of food, so i ending up buying another bowl for them which isnt expensive at all. Water bottle does leak a little, but not too much, i just put the bowl under the bottle so the water leaks into the bowl. Very sturdy I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have 2 of these cages for my Dwarf and Holland Lop. They have plenty of room for the time being but they also run around the area the cage is in for more exercise.
Cons: The water bottle is cheap and leaks a little. Only came with a wire hanger for the water bottle. The litter is horrible. It gets stuck in their fur and goes everywhere when they jump out of the cage. I recommend other litter types. Food bowl is easily tipped over.
Pros: Price is GREAT for what you get. I bought a 2nd one because it was cheaper to get the starter kit than just a cage. High sides on the cage help keep the floor from getting messy. Comes with 5lbs of juvenile food which lasts quite a while. Treat and toy included.

The size of this cage is prefect for the lifetime of a dwarf rabbit. (Holland Lop, Mini Rex, Netherlands Dwarf, Dutch) It comes with Kaytee softsorbent bedding/litter, Yogurt treats, a toy, water bottle, food bowl, and food. The water bottle is a prefect size for your rabbit. Food and treats are subjective to the tastes of your rabbit, of course if you want to condition your rabbit to eating new variety of foods you should mix it with old fashion oat meal (uncooked, unflavored) and the old food, gradually increase the proportion of new food. Remember to switch the water daily. The downside it the food bowl, its pretty light and easily tip-able, you should use a heavy ceramic type bowl or one that attaches to the cage. Overall its a great product to start keeping a rabbit, you may have to get larger cages as they grow, but generally for small breeds this is big enough to last the lifetime.

This product is perfect!!! My 10 year old daughter has been saving up to purchase a new friend (guinea pig), so as a Christmas gift, I purchased this for her so that she could have it set up, and ready for her new friend's arrival. WOW! Were we impressed. Everything that comes with this cage is of great quality, the cage itself is wonderful. It is very large, and has PLENTY of room for more than 1 guinea pig (I think it would be nice for any small pet, even smaller rabbits). We brought home her new friend, a baby guinea pig, last night, and the cage, with all the accessories, is perfect. He has more than enough room to grow, as well as plenty of room to exercise. There's enough room to add a friend, if we decide to in the future. I am extremely happy with the purchase. It could not have been better, or cheaper, if we purchased everything separately. I couldn't have chosen better quality accessories, ie. food, bedding, treats, etc. I think anyone who purchases this cage would not be disappointed. For a guinea pig, it is absolutely "perfect"! I also read that some are having problems with the water bottle "dripping", ours did at first, until I angled it back more, kinda like at a 45 degree angle to the cage, instead of straight up, and down... that did it. It hasn't dripped since. So, if you are looking for the perfect cage, and accessories for your new, (or old) family member, this is it... WE LOVE IT! (as well as our newest family member).

Very easy to set up and clean. The kit contains everything you need to get started and then some. We especially like the fact that the hamster cannot catch his feet or little stubby tail in the wire mesh or in the spokes of the wheel. The only problem we had is that there is not a lot of room for toys, but that is solved by rotating toys frequently in and out of the cage which is more fun for the pet anyway. Highly recommended.
