I really enjoy this cage, as well as my bunny. It is huge, so be sure to measure before buying (we keep it inside). Assembly was quick and clear, we were however missing some screws, but not a problem. The bunny does chew it, obviously because it is wood, but I would recommend some bitter spray. My bunny is having some adjustment issues using the ramp, but overall it is great!

Well I was excited to get this item and taking it out of the box it looks beautiful. Once I started putting it together I was very depressed. For the money there is a lot of room but very thin wood makes it not worth money. The ramp that goes to the first floor screw holes did not match and I would have had to make my own. The upper floor is made only of wood and makes a poopy mess. There is no pan for the poop to go into so it will just stick to wood and you will have to try to clean it up (wont come off of wood very well, since I have had an all wood cage before). The bottom floor is only partial metal and part wood. You need to make sure your animal will no where to go to the bathroom if you dont want to be cleaning the cage everyday. I think the design and idea is great but to much money for a poorly made item. I returned it right away.

I purchased this hutch with the intention to use it indoors for my two Dutch babies. They LOVE the room to play and chase eachother up the ramp. Plenty of space and lots of things for bunnies to do like climb, hide, go crazy, stand up, etc... What attracted me to this hutch was the fact that there is a grate on the bottom floor, and it's only half (the other half of the floor is wooden), and the pull out tray underneath helps with clean up! Our bunnies litter box sits on the grate to keep their house nice and tidy. The grate is small, doesn't deter our bunnies from stepping on it, and no feet have gotten caught in the grates either. DOWNFALLS: The directions are very general and you really have to pay close attention that you have the correct parts, and facing the correct way. I initially installed the lower front panel upside down, which was easily fixable, but annoying. Some parts arrived minorly damaged, but were easily repaired by me. Lastly, the wood smells like cedar, so now my house smells like that, but with my lysol automatic sprayers, I'm hoping the smell subsides. All-in-all, this was an excellent purchase. I give it 4 stars because of the downfalls I wrote about.

This hutch *could* be perfect. However, they didn't put any sort of lip to keep droppings and bedding etc inside the cage. In fact it doesn't even keep pee in. It's an attractive enough unit but it's just so poorly designed it's not even funny. I'm so frustrated with it. I'm going to have to replace it after using it not even for a week and it was not a cheap unit to buy. So disappointed and frustrated.

Wow, don't know how amazon makes money. This retails for $272. Anyway, this a very large hutch for multiple small rabbits or one large rabbit, well constructed and very easy to put together. My husband put this together in about a half hour. I thought the ladder was rather steep so I put a long towel on it and now my rabbits have no problem getting up and down it. My bunnies are very happy with all the extra room. Very happy with my purchase.
