This is a great product ... especially fun to connect 2 sets together making a curvey course. I have a teddy bear and 2 robos that I'll put in their exercise balls and watch them take off! The tabs on a few of them were a little tricky to connect & disconnect - I ended up paring down the openings with a knife & now they snap together and come apart perfectly ... and no worries about them separating during use. It's addicting ... I'm thinking of adding a 3rd expansion!

The track works great for letting your hamster get some exercise outside the cage, without making a mess around the house. The ball easily stays in the track. Simple to set up. It is small enough that you can put a plastic backed pad underneath, to further limit any mess.

This track is great for anyonw with one lazy and one hyperactive hamster. That lazy hamster will be pushed to exercise by the other hamster pushing her around! Its great to see my hamster which always sleeps doing something for once!
It's also a great toy for those people who love races, just set up a straight line and watch em go!

So I ordered this product for my girlfriend's birthday, because she'd just gotten a hamster and was really excited about it. I'm going to school in a different state, so I wasn't there when it arrived, and I was surprised by her weird reaction when my gift arrived. Finally, I got her to tell me what was wrong, and she started crying and said she didn't understand why I would buy her puppy pee pads for her birthday. Needless to say, her birthday was ruined and I was furious. I emailed the company though, and kept a civil tongue. They were so nice, understanding and apologetic to both my girlfriend and I (we both got personal emails from the owner), that we couldn't stay mad. They immediately shipped out the correct order, gave it to me for over half off, and sent me another email letting me know they'd disciplined the person that had screwed up my order (I hope I didn't get anyone fired), but I was really impressed with this company, and the product works perfectly, I mean it's a hamster racetrack, but still, I would buy from this company again, just because of the personal attention and that they care about correcting problems.

I just ordered the ham-trac for my little robo hamster named Einstein, a couple days later it came! I opened it up and assembled it quite easily. I was scared that if I disassembled it, it might break (other reviews have said), but so far so good. The *pegs* that connected the parts together were a little hard to connect, but I managed it. I thought that his ball was a little small for the track because it wobbled from side to side, but I love how he runs lightning speed around and around the track. Another problem is that when he *goes* it sometimes gets on the floor, but I can easily put something under that. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT!
