 Not compatible with Tetra Whisper 20 Power FilterAug 31, 2011

I needed a replacement Bio Foam Grid for my Whisper 20 Power Filter. The listing said it was 'For use with Whisper 20 Power Filters'. The Product Description said it fits the In-Tank Power Filter and 'For use with Whisper 20 Power Filters'. I thought it was cool that this Bio Foam can be fitted into two different models. NOT! The Bio Foam Grid did not fit my Whisper 20 Power Filter - it was too small. I did some research at Tetra company website and I found that they did not make a standard Bio Foam Grid that is compatible with two different Power Filters models - Tetra Whisper In-Tank Power Filter & Tetra Whisper Power Filter. The IN-TANK model is narrower than the regular Whisper Power Filter. Im assuming that this a generic Bio-Foam grid being passed as a Tetra Product. Bad Product.

These grids were hard to find. When I did find them, they were always out of stock. Found these on Amazon and paid a little more, but had them in stock. Quick to ship.
