I have two hermit crabs and the CRAB SHACKis their favorite sleeping spot. If I can't find the hermit crabs, I know to look under the crab shack. There is plenty of room for several hermit crabs under these coconut shells. The authentic natural look to this crab shack blends in seemlessly with the sand and real shells I have in their tank.

These huts are very well made and wonderful for most hermit crabs. I have ordered two. They are obviously very natural, as both were very different. Some are larger than others. I have all sizes of hermit crabs, and all kinds of species. The only problem I had with these huts were the holes in these huts are very small and would only allow small and medium hermit crabs inside. If you have large and jumbo hermit crabs these are not for you. Even some larger mediums cannot fit through the holes. I ended up taking a saw and creating a larger opening for my poor bigger hermit crabs. They felt left out while the tinies had their own little clubhouse. Now that the hole is bigger they are all taking turns resting in the huts.
The texture is great for climbing. They are sturdy, heavy, and comfy. All hermit crabs will love these. They withstand the heat and humidity of a proper crabitat quite well. Many coconut huts will get soggy and mold. I can tell right away that these ones will last much longer than others. They are a great quality hut that any hermit crab will love.

Once these wear out I will definately be purchasing again! Great seller and great product for any lucky hermit crab.
