Love the soft leather. Replaced the string/rope immediately.Apr 25, 2012

The saving grace of these products is the quality of the leather. It's nice and soft and the holes are nice and big enough for getting all those long thin fingers through it.
However... The Cons:
The brass rivets are not of the best quality. But they serve their purpose.
The rope - This rope is like velcro for lizard claws, scales, and spikes. It is very frustrating trying to use this product as-is with my tegu, iguana, or bearded dragon.
I not only replaced the rope with 550 paracord immediately (strong, smooth, easy to work with), I also followed the same knot/drawstring/setup as the Fluker's leashes. It loops back and keeps the plastic drawstring behind the lizard instead of rubbing on their legs or constantly in their peripheral view (problems I noticed with this product).
Plastic clip - threw it away immediately. Cheap and relatively useless (I put a loop in my rope and put in on my wrist just like a dog leash).
I would still recommend this product. Because going and finding pieces of perfectly cut leather with brass rivets in them sounds like more work than the cost of this product.

It is a nice leash, but our bearded dragon, Francine,
doesn't like it. She really likes her freedom.
