disappointed with companySep 06, 2007

bought this product...was not what I needed...there wasn't any return information...so I emailed the company the day after I received the package and as of this date I still haven't heard from them...so I have 3 "vacation feeders with catch trays" that I can't use and do not have any information on returning them for a refund.
