Terrible bottleJul 22, 2011

I received my first bottle and it didn't have a ball in the end to stop the water from coming out! I then emailed the company to get a replacement and they sent one out. The second one also didn't have a ball in it so again the water just poured right out of the bottle! I contacted the company again and they said the manufacturer didn't send them with the ball bearings in the end which leads me to wonder why they would send out a product when it isn't complete and isn't functional.
