Nice bed for the priceMay 01, 2012

I like these beds. Nothing fancy, but they stand up well to machine-washing, and our guinea pigs actually use them (sometimes a little too much). They fit well under a step-stool hidey. Sherpa-type fleece material 'wicks' urine away from the pet to the bottom layer, which is a light-weight quilted fabric (not water-proof; the urine will eventually seep onto whatever is under the bed).
Medium size bed is perfect for small-to-average size guinea pigs; for larger animals, I'd suggest going with the XL bed. I'd also recommend removing the clip/cord before using; they're too tempting for guinea pigs to chew on.
Love this product!Jan 11, 2012
By Photo Junkie I got two of these for our guinea pigs, and I love them. The medium size works perfectly inside their igloos, where they spend a good deal of time. It helps them stay warm, and they seem more comfortable than when they're sleeping on litter. The beds are easy to clean--just toss them in the washer. I highly recommend this product.

Depending on your pet.Dec 07, 2011
By C. Sok My first guinea pig loved sleeping in it. It was absolutely adorable. She curled up right in it and laid her head on the side. Now that she's passed away, there isn't much use for it. My two other guinea pigs don't even sit on it. They chew on the bed for a few seconds and walk away. There isn't much padding on the bottom, so it's a little thin. I wish I had gotten another color also. The green is almost like a brownish green. Honestly just better off going with a cozy cup or making your own out of fleece.
