 Not big enough for a chinMar 16, 2011

The product showed up on time but the wheel is too narrow for a full grown Chinchilla. My pet can walk in the wheel but is unable to run because it is too narrow. Also the wheel showed up broken. I was able to fix the broken wire with epoxy but probably wont buy another one.

Ordered several of these for mice, all are working great. You might have to bend the side support bars to get the wheel to be level. Other than that just the usual squeaking, no way to escape it! Vegetable or olive oil will keep it quiet for the most part.

Dispite what this says about being safe for toes and tails I have to say honestly it is not. They can and will get their toes and tails caught in it because there are holes in it. The animals feet will get sore and the tail will get injured.
