My box turtles love it and it's a good alternative when fresh food preparation is not possible every day.
However, as long as the cost of shipping is twice the cost of the item, I will not order this.

I was given a Gulf Coast Box Turtle some years ago. I could not seem to get him to eat anything for a few weeks. I tried several types of food, from fresh crickets and fish to "special" prepared dry food. He rejected it all.
I bought a can of this and he went crazy for it! He ate an entire can in one sitting and now eats it as his staple. I sometimes mix it with dry food and vitamin powder and he still eats it up. There is a definite smell of bananas, bit there is also corn and other veggies in it.
If you have a finicky box turtle or are looking for a good food to fortify an exiting turtle diet, this is a real option!
