Perfect basking platform!Oct 29, 2011
By Raf Fits 55 gall like a charm, perfect for turtles, just make sure u submerge it enough for them to climb on. Also discovered the nooks and crannys make perfect anchor points for shallow water plants. I've even seen some of my ghost shrimp hide in them.

Sizes vary greatly!!Sep 19, 2011
By Steven Reed I was a little disappointed in the sizes. I ordered two of the large and one measured 18"x6" (108 sq in) and the other 22"x9" (198 sq in). Sure they look nice, BUT I thought that they would be larger or not have one piece almost twice as larger as the other.

Pretty satisfied...Feb 02, 2011
By happy camper This products was supposed to work as a turtle dock for my 55 gallon aquarium. I was hoping to wedge it into place and have it stay, which worked, but the shape was so odd I ended up wasting a good portion of the piece. The piece in the PICTURE would have been the perfect shape, but mine looked more like the state of California than the state of Oregon! lol
I guess my only other complaint would be that it was cracked. Not a huge crack, but I feel like that weak spot will eventually be the demise of the product. Overall I was pleased with the look of the bark, and not having those ugly black plastic bars and cheesy looking zoo-med turtle dock is worth it.
My turtle has been examining it very closely, and seems to approve as well :)

False advertisingDec 06, 2009
By Valerie Filipowski Measurements were extremely off. Item is listed as 24x24x1 inch Bought this to put in my turtle tank and it was way too small, not even close. The item arrived in a timely manner, but it's sitting in cabinet not being used.
not worth itMay 04, 2012
By matt way smaller than it was suppose to be. approx 14 X10 inches long. way smaller than advertised size. you are way better off screwing some driftwood together to make it appropiate size for your tank. im not even going to use this piece. way over rated. if you look up home made driftwood turtle docks from a guy who makes them on a red ear slider website. make one from his designs. much better and only costs a few cents to make. mine was made with two pieces of straping and driftwood or dried wood from the woods. the turtles enjoy it way more as well.
