i bought this for my snake's water, and found out it is the exact stuff you buy to condition the water for aquariums, right down to the promotion of a slime coat. now we use it for the aquarium and the terrarum, saving tons on aquarium maintenance. 1 tsp treats 5 gallons.

Amazing product, I've been using this for years for my turtles. However, use a little less than the instructions otherwise you'll get foam on your water surface where aeration, probably due to the slime coat it provides for your turtles.

If you have a turtle (I've got a red-eared slider) you should use this. Take care of your pet by making his tank water safe. Buy the large size cause turtles can live for 40 years - so youre gonna use it up. :)

water simply gets fast to quick but with this .. you have more of a life span for it not to get as dirty.. great water conditioner.. and great price.. last me a year...
