Excellent bulb - bright - Plants are already giving off oxygen bubbles! Combine with the other Zoo Med Ultra sun bulb for perfect combo....5K and 6500K I believe...

Works well to make my plants healthy and strong. Especially the red ones! Pair with a bright white output bulb and you are set for a well planted 30 gallon-ish freshwater aquarium!

Keeps my plants alive. very bright purple, I paired this with the ultra sun bulb and the light color is almost perfect. Lights my 40 gal breeder aquarium very well.

I purchased this bulb about 10 days ago and instead I received the Coral Sun bulb. I called Amazon and they promptly assured me the right product was on its way. Well, 4 days later my package arrived. I opened it up hoping to finally get my bulb and low and behold THE SAME MISTAKE WAS MADE!!! SO now I have 2 bulbs I have to send back to Amazon and still no light for my plants. Overall I am very satisfied with my Zoo Med Aqua sun hood and ultra sun bulb I received. I guess I will have to purchase the other bulb from Petco since the shippers at Amazon's warehouse are retarded!!!
