I bought this stone thinking it was something special just for my Biorb here. While I was waiting my 7 days to get the stone I got impatient and bought a 2 pack of detachable airstones at the local petco for a little over $2 and they worked exactly the same.

My daughter has a Biorb tank for her tetra fish and trying to find replacement parts in our area are hard to come by. Thank you Amazon for carrying these products at such great price

i bought 2, thought they would be the genuine air stone from biorb (as image on amazon shows)....we put first one in it split in half right away....put 2nd one in and this one works now - lets see for how long!
Dissapointed because i wasted $4 at least! As well they are not the same shape or thickness as the original air stone.
Not happy with purchase.

Again, the air stones I received split down the side when I installed them in the tank. I was very careful because this has happened to me before but it still split. These stones are not the same shape as ones I have previously used. If I could get them anywhere else I would. I suggest you find some other supplier than this company you are using.

These airstone filters are perfect in my biOrb aquarium. They last a long time and make the water bubble in a pretty, gentle way.
